To participate in our courses, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes.
You may cancel your enrollment in a course up to 48 hours before the start of the course for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course begins.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for disruptive behavior without a refund.
All content provided in our courses, including materials, presentations, and recordings, is owned by Lisa LaFlamme and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa LaFlamme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
